Celebrated on the full moon day in the month of June i.e. Guru Purnima, Sindhu Darshan Festival is the commemoration of the Indus/Sindhu River. The festival signifies the cultural and social influence in the life of Indian society. The festival is held at Shey Manla, 8 Km away on the banks of River Sindhu. The celebration of the Sindhu Darshan Festival includes cultural rituals involving Buddhist prayers by Lamas. It is followed by a slideshow of variety of cultural programs and pieces by artists from all over the country.
Mango Festival Delhi

International Mango Festival at Delhi is what one needs in the scorching summers. This one of the popular event of the city showcases everything on the king of fruits. Held every year at Delhi Haat Pitampura, the fest is organised by Delhi Tourism in collaboration with the Delhi Government. The event features a wide range of engaging activities related to the succulent fruit mango like mango carving and mango tasting competition. Plenty of mangoes with a huge variety! Champakulam Boat Race

Champakulam Boat Race of India is the first boat race of season as well as the oldest snake boat race of Kerala. Colourful decorated boats taking part in race along with traditional music and water floats are the key attractions of the event.

Where – Kamakhya Devi Temple, Guwahati
Abmubachi Mela that is mostly known as tantric fertility festival celebrates the mensuration period of Goddess Kamakhya. During this holy festival, the temple remains closed for three days while the Goddess is believed to menstruate. It reopens on the fourth day that sees a rush of devotees. The fair also draws number of Tantric sadhus to the place.
